The SearchAlert™ is the first mechanical re-settable combination lock that lets you know when your luggage was inspected at the airport. The TSA will not need to break the SearchAlert™ lock to inspect your luggage and has been provided secured access devices at most domestic airports.
The SearchAlert™ luggage lock features the SearchAlert Window™. This feature notifies you when the lock is opened with a TSA secured access device. When the window is green the lock was not opened, if the window turns red the lock has been opened by the TSA.
